LORETTA M. HAROLD

Loretta M. Harold, 74, of Akron, Ohio, passed away April 8, 2021.  She was born June 3, 1946 in South Bend, Indiana, daughter of the late George and Arlene (Rankin) Hunt.

Together with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Denny Harold; daughter, Lee Ann Harrold; brother-in-law, Fred Mayrice; and nephew, Bubby Mayrice, Jr.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Loretta lived a life filled with warmth and kindness.  She worked in Food Service for Akron General Hospital and was a member of the Springfield Ladies Auxiliary for 28 years.

Loretta will be lovingly remembered by those who survive; her husband of 56 ½ years, Dennis Harold of Akron; grandchildren, Matthew, Carlie, and Tommy; great-granddaughter, Gracie; daughter-in-law, Christine Willard of Akron; granddaughter-in-law, Michaela; sisters, Judy Mayrice of Springfield, and Shirley and Billy Swinehart of Akron; and brother, George Hunt, Jr. of Hartville.

Honoring Loretta’s wishes, a Graveside Service will be held, Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm, Uniontown Greenlawn Cemetery, 3657 Northdale Street, NW, Uniontown.
