Theodore D. Rohrer

Theodore D. Rohrer, 73, passed away December 12, 2016. Born in Canton , Oh. on January 26, 1943 to Dale and Martha Strott Rohrer, he was an area resident all of his life. Ted, a member of the Stark County Football Hall of Fame, graduated from MSU where he played football for 3 years. He was a teacher in the Jackson School System for 9 years and a life long farmer. Ted is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Carole; brother and sister-in-law Bruce and Terrie; and many other cherished relatives and friends. Visitation TODAY 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bethany Mennonite Church, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Burial at Greentown Cemetery. Memorials may be made in his name to the Bethany Mennonite Church, 3497 Edison St. NW, Hartville, Oh. 44632.
