Rosina Scheks

Rosina Scheks, 90, passed away December 6, 2017. She was born on September 19, 1927 in Yugoslavia. When war broke out, Rosina fled with her family to Austria, and later she settled and became a citizen of the United States. Mrs. Scheks was a self employed mother of 6, who also worked full time volunteering at the Gospel Assembly church that she dearly loved.

Preceded in death by her husband Andreas and great granddaughter Audrey; she is survived by her loving family; children, Reinhold (Cynthia), Regina (Robert) Michaels, Monika (Jeffrey) Walker, Walter (Sharon), Andreas (Kendra) and Richard (Amber); grandchildren, Christopher (Blair), Aaron (Danae), Erika (Jeff), Sarah (Matthew), Andrew, Caroline (Richard), Christine (Heath), Michael (Jessica), Lauren, Joshua (Abby), Melissa (Christopher), Taylor and Noah; great grandchildren, Sloane, Hunter, Berkley, Aria, Landon, Cameron, Dylan, Devin, Dalton, Dawson, Emma, Ayden, Wyatt, Colt and Asher; many other cherished relatives, church family and friends.

Visitation Saturday from 11 to 1 p.m. at Gospel Assembly Church, where funeral services will immediately follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rick Moore officiating. Private burial.
