ROGER W. EVANS, JR.

Roger W. Evans, Jr. “Buddy”, passed away on June 14, 2021.  He was born in Dennison, Ohio, grew up in Akron, and eventually moved to Uniontown.

Roger never met a stranger and will always be remembered for making people feel welcomed and for his laughter.  He retired from Burger Iron, with 40 years of service and previously worked for Alside.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Pauline Evans; sister-in-law, Kathy Evans; and brother-in-law, John Quinn.  He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Donna; brothers, Richard and Randall (Patty); sister, Patty Quinn; many nieces and nephews; and his loyal companion, Peaches.

In keeping with Roger’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  A private Graveside Service will take place with interment at Hillside Memorial Gardens.
