Pamela L. Morgan 4/4/1948 – 8/23/2021
It is with a heavy heart, that we announce that Pamela L. Morgan of Uniontown, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on August 23, 2021 following a short illness. Though we grieve and our hearts mourn today, we know that she is now resting and in perfect health at the Savior’s feet.
Pam Morgan was a lifelong resident of Uniontown, Ohio. She will be forever remembered as a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She loved living in Green and generously supported the community. Many knew her as the founder and owner of the Bulldog Barber Shop on Raber Road. She loved to cut hair and took great pride in her work. Pam was a member of the Akron Baptist Temple for many many years and faithfully supported the pastors and missionaries. She was saved at a young age and faithfully served wherever she could. Pamela had a generous spirit. If you were in need she would always try to help.
More than anything, Mom was known for her love for her family. She sacrificed for her two sons and dedicated her life to making sure their needs were taken care of. She often worked two jobs in addition to maintaining her home. She was kind and caring and always served others before serving herself. There was always a pot of coffee on and an extra seat at her table if you should stop by. She loved her boys more than anything and was especially proud of William and the great obstacles he overcame. Many will remember her as a wonderful cook. Pam would often open her home to extended family and friends. She loved to entertain and dish up a plate of “Clinickee” every now and then. Pam was a very self-determined woman and a fighter. She wasn’t afraid to take risks or new challenges.
Pam is preceded in death by her father, William E. Magrell of Uniontown. She is survived by her mother, Helen L. Austin, of Uniontown; sister, Debbie Hanes (Ronnie) of North Canton; sons, William C.
