NORMA J. ARTENO

Norma J. Arteno, 88, of Canton, Ohio, passed away quietly on the morning of December 2, 2022. She was born September 18, 1934, in Warren, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Esther (Waltz) Lamneck.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 ½ years, Thomas Arteno; son, Ronald Arteno; sisters, Grace Lamneck and Betsy Collins; and brothers, Bucky and Carl Lamneck.

Always and forever, Norma’s memory will live on in the hearts of her sons, Gary (Carol) Arteno and Steven (Trisha) Arteno; grandchildren, Cheryl, Mike, Joe, and Samantha; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Norma was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and made sure everyone’s needs were met before her own. She was generous beyond words and kept her family close to her heart.  Norma enjoyed creating beautiful floral designs and the simple pleasures in life. Her loved ones will continue to honor her legacy.

A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of her family. She will be buried next to her husband, Thomas, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
