Marie was known for her feisty spirit, unwavering honesty, and willingness to speak her mind.

Marie A. Work, 86, passed away on August 23, 2026. Born on June 16, 1940, in Follansbee, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Camillo Cionni and Viola (Falbo) Cionni.

In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald G. Work Sr., and her brother, Joseph Cionni.

She is survived by her loving son, Ronald G. Work Jr.; her brother, Jack Cionni and his wife, Jone; grandchildren, Christen, Justin, and Tawatha; and eight cherished great-grandchildren.

Marie was known for her feisty spirit, unwavering honesty, and willingness to speak her mind. Her family and friends admired her strength, candor, and genuine nature. She especially enjoyed cooking and sharing a variety of delicious Italian dishes with those she loved. Her kitchen was often the heart of family gatherings, where memories were made and traditions were passed down.
