Margaret Ann Conley

Margret Ann Conley of Uniontown, Ohio was welcomed to her eternal home on May 29, 2025. She has shared 74 years of unconditional love, laughter, and amazing memories with family and friends. She was born August 20, 1950 in Akron, Ohio to parents, Frank and Peggy Canavan.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Tom Canavan. She leaves a lasting impact on those who survive; her best friend and husband, of 54 years, Randal Conley; her daughters, Rebecca Shaughnessy (James Lee), Aimee Mazak; sons, John (Melissa) Conley, Dan Conley; grandchildren, Carlie and Emily Shaughnessy, Jacob and Hayden Mazak, and Alivia Conley; great-grandson, Emory Teodoro Martinez Shaughnessy; sisters, Mary(Fred) Lewis, Marie (Rod) Welch, Peggy (Gary) Mollohan, Joan Davis; and brothers, Frank Canavan, Michael (Sue) Canavan, and Pat Canavan.

One of her greatest passions was gardening and she did not hesitate to jump right in to planting come springtime. She was a wonderful cook who genuinely enjoyed cooking for others and creating moments of warmth and togetherness through her dishes. Her dedication to bringing joy to others through food was inspiring. Her family was the center of her life, and she loved spending time with them and especially her grandchildren and enjoyed listening to Bob Seager.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, Uniontown, where the service will follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place at East Liberty Cemetery, Akron.

Her family will miss her immensely. During this tender time, all are invited to share fond memories, stories, and photos of a life well lived.
