LOIS J. RININGER

Softly in the morning of June 21, 2023 Lois J. Rininger heard a gentle call. She took the hand God offered and quietly left us all.

She was born in Akron, Ohio on November 12, 1930 to her late parents, Ralph and Irene (Sollars) Thomas. Also, preceding Lois in death was her husband, Myron Rininger and sister-in-law, Sally Thomas.

Lois was an active member of the First Church of God in Tallmadge. She held fast to her unwavering faith and complete trust in God. She knew she never walked alone. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, and crocheting. She was an inspiration to many throughout her daily journey.

Her memory will forever be cherished by those who survive; daughter, Linda (Wayne) Sanders; brothers, Bert Thomas, Marvin Thomas, and Ken (Georgette) Thomas; numerous nephews and nieces; many friends and her church family.

Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, First Church of God, 464 Northeast Avenue, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278, where the service will follow at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron.
