JUNE M. STEVISON

An inspiration to so many for 90 years, June M. Stevison’s journey came to an end, as she passed away peacefully on September 28, 2022.  Born in Akron, Ohio on June 23, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Ruth Wolfe.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Stevison; son, James Stevison; brother, Elmer Jr. “Sonny”; and sisters, Jean, DeeDee, and Betty.

June’s memory will be treasured always by those who survive; daughters, Tammy Randall of Uniontown, Peggy Casper of Phoenix, Arizona; grandchildren, Sean Randall, Todd and Chad Sonhalter, Shannon and Rochelle Stevison; twelve great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

June had an immense love for her family and she beamed each time they were together.  She worked as a waitress for over 30 years at the Pantry in Hartville. She established many warm and lasting relationships with her regular customers over the years.

In keeping with June’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.  Interment will take place privately.
