JAMES D. STIFFLER

James, D. Stiffler, 88, of Uniotown, Ohio, passed away, Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at his home.

Born July 27, 1930 in South Fork, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late James and Sara Stiffler.

James will live on in the hearts of those who survive; his wife of 56 years, Olma Stiffler of Uniontown, Ohio; son, Barry Stiffler of Uniontown, Ohio; sister, June; and several nieces and nephews.

More than anything else, James loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and the enjoyment it brought experiencing the outdoors. He was passionate about his time on the farm, as it was more than a job, it was a way of life.

Family and friends are welcome to visit, Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from noon until the time of service, beginning at 1 p.m., Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown, Ohio. Interment will follow at East Liberty Cemetery, Akron, Ohio.
