JAMES L, O’LESLIE

James L. O’Leslie, passed away in the early morning of January 22, 2024. He was 79. He was one of three sons born to the late Harry and Bernice (Gaston) O’Leslie.

Affectionately known as Jim to his family and friends, he enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling., and woodworking. He was a printer by trade and had a passion for trains. He was generous, honest, and devoted to his family. Jim was one of a kind, quiet, yet thoughtful, and sometimes, a little stubborn. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Cherishing his memory always are those who survive; his wife, Kathleen O’Leslie; daughters, Debra and Diane; grandchildren, Anthony, Anna; great-granddaughters, Winnie and Blair; brothers, Richard (Carmen) O’Leslie, Thomas (Linda) O’Leslie; and grand dog, Molly. 

In honoring Jim’s wishes, a private family service will be held.

Jim had been ill for an extended amount of time and took his final train ride to eternal peace.
