Dorothy White

On June 27, 2022, Dorothy Carol White passed peacefully from this life, into the loving arms of her Lord, with family by her side. She was 88.

She was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on July 16, 1933, to parents, Richard and Dorothy (Warfield) Mikaloff, who precede her in death. Also preceding her in death was her daughter, Deborah (Johnson) Durkey; grandson, Paul Johnson; and brothers, Richard Mikaloff, Jr. and Jerry Mikaloff. She will be missed more than words can say, by her husband of 48 years, Arlin White; daughter, Jana Samavati of Hartville; sons, Jeffrey (Phyllis) Johnson and Jordan Johnson of Akron; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Carol loved Jesus and was blessed with the gift of faith, family, and friends. She loved her animals, boating, and scuba diving. She coached Championship Teams in both boys’ little league baseball and girls’ little league softball.

Family and friends are invited for visitation, Friday, July 1, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until noon, with the service immediately following, Hecker-Patron Funeral Home 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown. Interment will follow at Uniontown Greenlawn Cemetery.
