CAROLYN P. LLOYD

Quietly in the morning of July 17, 2021, Carolyn P. Lloyd, heard a gentle call and took the hand God offered her.

Carolyn was born March 17, 1944 in Mill Creek, West Virginia to the late Sherman and Mildred (Currence) Louk.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Bill "Junior" Woods, Yvonne Ware, and Ronald Louk.

Carolyn was a Cleveland Indians’ fan, enjoyed camping, and loved the state of West Virginia. An amazing cook, she cooked from the heart with creativity and love.  A strong Christian woman, Carolyn illuminated with compassion, kindness, strength, and discipline in her daily walk with God.

Her memory will be cherished by her husband, John Grow; daughters, Sabra Lloyd, Crystal (Chuck) Hiner; son, James (Peggy) Lloyd; grandchildren, James, Michael, and Christopher Lloyd, Hayden (Jamie) Ostrowske, Hans Ostrowske, Garrett and Hailee Hohlbaugh, Amanda and Josh Hiner; great-grandson, Dante; and sister, Lona (Phil) Leary.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, with the service immediately following at 7:00 pm, Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown.  Privately, interment will take place at a later date.
