CAROL JEANNE COGAR

Carol Jeanne Cogar, 84, of Pennsboro, WV passed away September 13, 2022 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born on February 8, 1938 in Barberton, OH a daughter of the late Willard and Priscilla Wilford.

Carol is survived by her husband, Carroll Gene Cogar; two sons Mark and Dale Flanagan; one daughter, Joyce Rager; siblings, Robert Nunnelley, Linda Bier, Karen Tester, Dennis Rick and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, George Flanagan and sibling, Terry Woody.

Private Services were held at the convenience of the family, Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Hecker-Patron Funeral Home will conduct a private Graveside Service at the convenience of Carol’s family.
