Brittany L Shiplett

Brittany “Bebe” Dies-Shiplett went home to be with the Lord on January 11th, 2026, after a brief but brave battle with cancer.

Bebe was born May 27th, 1969, in Akron, Ohio. She attended Springfield High School where she made many lifelong friends. Even from a young age, Bebe had a heart for others and would be the first to offer a helping hand to those in need. She was an avid Yankees fan, adored all things pink and sparkly, and loved being a mother and grandma most of all. We will miss her quick wit, infectious laugh, and loving and supportive nature immensely.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Dies, and father of her children, Alan Shiplett, with whom she shared a lifelong bond. She is survived by her mother, Joy Dies; sister, Bethany (Bill) Lemley; children Sierra (Corey) Shiplett, Savanna (Steven) Fishel, Shianne Shiplett, Slade Shiplett, Soren Shiplett, and Sayre Anderson; grandchildren Alaska, Axton, and Dalton; nieces Olivia (Kyle) Shearer, Claudia Lemley, and Veronica Botez, as well as many other family members and friends who loved her.
