BILL HORNING

William C. “Bill” Horning, 73, of Canton, Ohio, passed away, September 30, 2023,  with his family at his side.

Bill was born on February 22, 1950, to the late Carl and Madeline Horning.  Bill was also preceded in death by his wife, Nita and brother, Bernie.

He is survived by sons, Rick (Susan) Horning, Jeff (Riki) Horning; daughter, Laura (Jesse) Wilson; 9 grandchildren, sisters, Sister Madeline Horning, Joan (Paul) Brandimarti, Terry Werstler, and Sue Phillips; and brother, Tom (Patty) Horning.

Bill cherished his wife and family.  He was the most generous man with his time and talents. Countless people knew him as “BILL THE PLUMBER.” He made an impact on many lives and will be deeply missed. “EUCHRE!”

Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Tuesday, October 3, 2023, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown, where the service will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, 11:00 AM. Dylan Wymer will officiate. Interment will follow at Greentown Cemetery.
