Annie "Liz" Ferguson
Annie Elizabeth Ferguson, 93, entered into the loving arms of Jesus on January 31, 2017. Born in Hickman, Kentucky on March 22, 1923 to James and Addie (Hughey) Buie, she was an area resident most of her life. Annie, a wonderful mother and grandmother, worked in food service, retiring from the Giant Eagle in Green. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church of Greensburg, where Liz stayed active by being involved in her church with the seniors group, Heart to Heart and Food Ministries. Preceded in death by her daughter Janice Chappell, Annie is survived by her loving family; children Marie Reighard and Dan (Susie) Ferguson; grandchildren Craig (Sheila) Chappell, Christy (Jerry) Starkey and Tracie (Dave) Stierwalt; 2 great grandsons, 1 great great grandson, brother James Buie, her loyal church family, and many other cherished relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday 4 to 7 p.m. and Friday 10 to 11 a.m. at Temple Baptist Church, 1212 Greensburg Rd., Uniontown, Oh 44685, where funeral services will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Glenn Rogers officiating.
