ANNE M. ROMINE

Anne M. Romine, 93, slipped away quietly on her journey home, May 5, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. An Akron, resident her entire life, she was born February 20, 1929.

Extremely devoted to her faith and family, Anne was steadfast in giving love to her husband, Dorsey, their children, and grandchildren, unconditionally, and lived to make their lives better.

Anne was the beloved wife of Dorsey Romine and devoted mother to Karen Mason of South Carolina, Janie Blair of Akron, Vicki (David) Mosebrook of Dover, Pennsylvania, Robin Ankeny, Ryan (Traci) Ankeny all of Akron, and Thomas (Vicki) Romine of Tallmadge; loving grandmother to her nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Anne leaves memories that will always be cherished by her family and all that knew her. She touched the lives of many and was always there when needed. She gave so much and asked for nothing in return.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the time of service, beginning at 1:00 p.m., Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown. Pastor Bob Combs officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park, Akron.
